Agreement

By creating an account or using Dmix AI, you agree to these Terms, our Service Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dmix AI. Users under the age of majority in their province or country need permission from a parent or guardian. You must give accurate account details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

Using the website

You may use Dmix AI for lawful personal or business video projects. We may change, suspend or stop parts of the service. Where a change significantly affects a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice.

Plans, pricing and credits

• Prices are shown on the Plan page in Canadian dollars (CAD), and the price at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes are added where they apply.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Credits pay for AI scenes and finished films. Each plan includes a set amount, and credit packs add more. Credits have no cash value. Unused plan credits carry over only as your plan allows.
• We may change prices or plan contents. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll give you notice before then.
• Dmix AI does not take orders, bookings or deposits outside the app. Every purchase is made through the Plan page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the purchase and for each renewal until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may limit your plan's features until it's paid.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service delivery

Films and scenes are created automatically after you ask for them. How long that takes depends on length and demand. Results from AI may vary and may not match your request exactly. If a scene or film fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically.

Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give Dmix a limited licence to store, process and change your uploads, only to provide the service to you.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and photos. You also confirm you have permission from any person who appears in it.
• Films made with Dmix AI are yours to use, subject to the rights in your source material and any third-party licences, such as Dmix Music tracks.

Prohibited use

• Uploading content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, harasses, defames, or impersonates real people without their consent.
• Using Dmix AI to create misleading deepfakes, spam or malware.
• Trying to get around safety checks, credit limits or watermarks, or to access other users' data.
• Scraping or overloading the service, or reselling it without permission.

Third-party providers

Dmix AI relies on third-party services for payments, hosting, AI and video assembly. We aren't responsible for their outages, but we'll work to restore service quickly.

Intellectual property and website content

The Dmix AI name, logo, website, software, sample films and Dmix Music belong to Dmix AI or its licensors. You may not copy them without permission. Example films are shown only for inspiration.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dmix AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid time on your plan, prorated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where Dmix AI is based. This doesn't take away any right you have to bring a claim in your own province.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When a change is significant, we'll notify account holders. If you keep using Dmix AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
