The service

Dmix AI turns your photos, video clips, songs and written instructions into music videos and films, using AI scene generation and automatic editing. You direct it by chatting, choosing story options, or letting AI write the scenes.

Your obligations

• Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including permission from people who appear in it.
• Use only music you have the rights to, or tracks from the Dmix Music library. Dmix can't pull songs from streaming services.
• Check your film before you publish or share it.

Making a film

Dmix AI doesn't take appointments or bookings. Work starts when you ask for it in the app. You'll see each scene and film as queued, in progress, ready or failed. You can safely leave the page while it works.

Delivery

• Finished films are saved in your account, where you can play, download and share them.
• The highest download resolution depends on your plan. On the Free plan, films carry a Dmix watermark.
• Delivery times vary with length and demand. Long films can take longer.
• Some AI providers may refuse certain images or requests for safety reasons. Dmix never changes your material to get around these checks.

Payment and credits

Credits are taken when you start a scene or film. Each production is charged only once, even if it's retried. If something fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically. For plan payments, see the Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Storage

Your files are kept privately in your account up to your plan's storage limit. Deleted projects can be restored for 30 days.

Changes

We may improve or change how films are made. We'll tell you about changes that reduce what a paid plan includes before they take effect.
