How Dmix AI Works: From Your Devices to a Movie or Music Video

30 seconds · Illustrated journey from your devices to a sample film. The finished-film export shown is illustrative.

Your story might begin on a phone, a camera, a tablet or a laptop. This 30-second walkthrough shows the journey from capturing moments to gathering them in Dmix AI, describing the story you want and seeing what a finished sample film can look like.

The final shot is a sample from our Examples gallery. This video is an illustration of the process, not a recording of a customer's finished export.

1. Bring your own footage and music

Sign in and choose Upload photos & videos or Upload a song on My Creations. Pick files from your device; inside your project you can add more footage and music. You can also browse tracks from the Dmix Music library if you don't have your own song.

2. Tell Dmix AI the story

Write what you want to make: a performance-led music video, a family story, a travel film or a movie-style trailer. Arrange your clips in story order if you already know the sequence. For a scene-led film, describe each shot in your own words and review the scenes one at a time.

3. Review and refine

Watch the scene previews, adjust your directions and redo an individual scene when needed. Explore the short sample films to see different moods, music and ways a story can unfold. Your own photos, footage and songs remain yours; choosing a sample as inspiration copies its creative settings, not its media.

Dmix currently makes individual AI scene clips, but combining a whole project into one downloadable finished film is still in development. The film in this walkthrough demonstrates the intended result rather than promising that final export is available today.
